Community Impact

50 Years of Experience

In 1973, one man dared to dream, to create a vision beyond his own imagination. Inventing his future—and that of many others—Enjoy Group founder, Rubén Pacheco Lutz, discovered his life’s inspiration in the hospitality industry. Initially, he started each day as an operator in a San José, Costa Rica’s hotel. Little by little he expanded his role, ultimately creating a hospitality firm that, in addition to hotels, has evolved into gastronomy, infrastructure, and real estate businesses. Today, Enjoy Group’s vision, mission, and ethics present lasting value through exceptional hospitality.

Our concept inspires us to maintain the balance and correct use of our natural and cultural resources. The improvement of the quality of life of local communities, and economic success also contributes to national development.
